Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with the product you received, if not, then you have 14 days from the day of receiving the package to return or exchange the product of proper quality purchased on our website.

Please note, the product must meet the return conditions: not damaged, not soiled, without signs of use, with original tags and labels, securely and carefully packed in the original packaging.

Responsibility for product safety is on the customer's side until our warehouse receives the products.

In case non-fulfill the return conditions the product will not be accepted to return or exchange.

To return the product, please send us an email at customercare@nukot.com.ua and we will send you instructions.

Please note that replacement and return of the product is at the customer's expense.

If you have received a product that is damaged or of poor quality, please contact us immediately at customercare@nukot.com.ua

After we receive the product, you will receive a letter confirming or denying compliance with the return conditions.

Refunds for goods purchased on our website are made within 14 days after the customer receives a letter confirming compliance with the return conditions.

Please note, when returning a payment, the cost of the original delivery is not refunded.
