Shipping policy
Shipping Times and Costs
All orders placed on nukot.com.ua are shipped within Ukraine only, from Monday to Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on official public holidays in Ukraine. To ensure your comfort, shipping costs for all orders placed on nukot.com.ua are complimentary.
- To inquire about shipping conditions for items available on pre-order, please contact us – customercare@nukot.com.ua or via direct message on Instagram.
Shipping time: 1–2 business days from the moment the order is paid.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse via Nova Poshta courier with door-to-door pickup.
- Delivery times can be found on the delivery service’s website – https://novaposhta.ua.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the delivered items. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the product, you may refuse the delivery and contact us for further instructions.
Shipping Orders Abroad
If you plan to ship your order outside of Ukraine yourself, please note that all claims regarding the product are accepted only at the time of its receipt at a Nova Poshta branch in Ukraine. Once the order has been confirmed as received in Ukraine, we are not responsible for its further transportation or condition.
NÚKOT bags and accessories should be transported only in the brand’s original packaging to preserve their shape and appearance.
Insurance and Damage During Shipping
All parcels are fully insured by Nova Poshta for the full value of the items.
If the packaging or product is damaged during transport, please contact a Nova Poshta representative upon receiving your order to file a claim. Take photos of the damage and ask the Nova Poshta operator to officially record it. Do not accept a damaged shipment. The carrier is responsible for the safety of the shipment and, if necessary, must compensate for the full value of the item.
Payments
We do not accept payments from citizens of the russian federation or the republic of belarus.
