The body of the bag: split velour is a type of genuine leather — a delicate material made of the lower layer of the hide after removing the smooth outer surface. As a result of this treatment, the surface of the material takes on a soft, velvety texture with a nap. Compared to regular suede, split leather is denser and rougher, but this makes it more suitable for items that need to retain their shape.

Split velour has an unprotected surface, so it requires more careful home maintenance.

• Before the first use, apply a protective spray for suede or nubuck.
• Items made of suede split leather may shed small particles of nap — this is a natural characteristic of the material, that disappears after 1-2 weeks of use.
• For white and light-colored items, avoid close contact with items that may stain or transfer color.
• Any type of dark skin can stain light-coloured items, but this property is lost after several weeks of active use.
• Suede split leather is very sensitive to moisture: avoid direct contact with water or dampness. Do not use the item in rainy weather or provide your bag with additional protection with a raincoat or water repellent spray.

The shoulder strap: Nappa — a soft, smooth, and elastic high-quality leather. Due to its delicate processing without surface polishing, the leather retains its natural texture while remaining very pleasant to the touch.

Nappa leather has a delicate, smooth surface, making it sensitive to scratches and mechanical impact. It does not have a dense protective coating like other types of leather, so any contact with rough or abrasive surfaces may leave a mark.

• If the item gets wet, leave it to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use additional heat sources.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they may scratch or damage the leather surface.
• Avoid contact with chemicals, wet wipes, oils, cosmetics and perfumes, as these can cause stains.
• Regularly clean the surface of the item with a soft suede brush, moving it only in one direction to maintain the evenness of the material.

• Do not attempt to remove large stains on your own. Professional cleaning should be performed exclusively by a specialized workshop that works with suede or split leather products.
